7 Day Cruise from Brighton to Bantry

This will be the start of Brighton Belle's 2015 summer cruise to Ireland.

We will leave Brighton on Saturday 30th May and make a passage to the Isles of Scilly. With a kind wind this should take two or three days. We can then spend a day or two exploring this wonderful archipelago. We will then set off to cross the Celtic sea to Southern Ireland, passing the Fastnet rock and pull into one of the many ports in this area of Ireland, Baltimore most likely.

We will spend the remainder of the week gently exploring the beautiful inlets and anchorages, towns and pubs, ending the week on Saturday 6th June in Bantry Bay or a nearby port with transport access to Cork airport for leaving crew to get back to Gatwick, and new crew arriving for the following week. A great mile building trip for those aiming for their RYA yachtmaster ticket and a good first time longer offshore passage. Brighton Belle was built for this type of voyage giving comfort and speed at sea. 

I shall be staying on for the following week to explore the beautiful ports and anchorages of Southwest Ireland. You would be welcome to stay for both weeks.
