Brighton to Lisbon

Skipper: Bob Williams, Mate: Stewart Henton

This is the start of Brighton Belle's long haul south to the Canaries. We are allowing two weeks so that we can find a suitable weather window for the 1000 miles to Lisbon. We may stopover, for example in Brest or La Coruna, but we could achieve some long passages if everyone was up for it. This would suit those who are looking to increase their sea miles and night hours in their personal log books.

On the other hand, If the weather was set fair for two weeks, we could take our time and explore some of the northern Portuguese coastline. Either way, the aim is to enjoy ourselves.
