Skippers and Mates Practice Week

This is an opportunity for skippers and mates to practice their boat handling skills. We will take Brighton Belle to the Solent where we will find suitable pontoons to practice coming alongside and leaving. You will be encouraged to assess all the forces acting on the boat prior to each manoeuvre, in order to understand why she behaves the way she does, and so as to maintain control of the vessel at all times.

Priority will be given to those who have not participated in this course in previous years.
